These terms govern your use of this website and your enrollment in the Kirei Beauty Method program. By enrolling, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Kirei Method is an independent digital education brand offering online training in manual facial massage technique. Contact: support@kireimethod.com.

2. What you are buying

You are buying lifetime access to a recorded online course — video lessons, written protocols, downloadable materials and a Certificate of Completion. Access is personal and non-transferable. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

3. What the certificate is and is not

The Certificate of Completion confirms that you finished the Kirei program. It is not a professional licence, a government credential, or a qualification issued by any regulatory or accrediting body. Rules for practising manual facial treatments on paying clients vary by country, state and province. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with the licensing requirements where you work.

4. No medical or income guarantees

Kirei is an educational program in manual technique. It is not a medical or aesthetic procedure, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not perform the techniques on anyone with a skin condition, injury, recent facial procedure or medical concern without appropriate professional guidance.

Any session rates or revenue figures shown on this site are examples and reports from individual students, not a promise, guarantee or projection of income. What you earn depends on your practice, your market, your pricing and factors outside our control. Many students learn Kirei for personal use and never charge anyone.

5. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, text, images, protocols and materials — belongs to Kirei Method and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own learning and practice. You may not copy, resell, republish, share your login, upload the content elsewhere, or teach it as your own course.

6. Payment

Payment is processed by Hotmart, which acts as the seller of record for your transaction. Hotmart's own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise; your bank may apply currency conversion or international fees.

7. Refunds

You have 7 days from enrollment to request a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Account and conduct

Keep your login credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if content is shared, resold or distributed in breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [PAÍS / ESTADO DE JURISDIÇÃO], without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
